About
Samsung Concierge is the premium support service in Brazil exclusively for the flagship products. We completely redesigned the platform in order to create a simpler, more approachable and useful experience for the user. As a core member of the team, I was responsible to rebrand, ideate and design the new mobile and desktop browser experience for the service.

We opened space to announcements, created a consistent hierarchy to the navigation and placed the important things in a clear and simpler way.





Logged Dashboard
We redesigned the whole experience for the dashboard, including other lines of product and adding new features for a simpler, intuitive navigation. All the touching points between concierge and the user are clear and direct and the schedules and workshop modules were developed to make the main features easily accessible to the users.
